Terreon® Lav Decks are solid surface countertops with integral bowls to meet light and-washing needs.  The traditional LD-3010 Series or contemporary LD-3060 Series are sure to be a perfect match in any restroom application.  Both the LD-3010 and LD-3060 Series are available in all 24 Terreon colors.  With Bradley, all Terreon Lav Decks feature a coved backsplash as a standard feature.  Typical laminate countertops with drop-in bowls cannot match the quality, style and durability offered by a Terreon Lav Deck.

Construction

Counter Top/Bowl

Constructed of Terreon®, a densified solid surface material composed of polyester resin. Terreon® is resistant to chemicals, stains, burns, and impact. Surface damage can be easily repaired with everyday cleansers or fine grit abrasives.

Mounting

The LD-3010 Terreon® Lav Deck can be installed using heavy gauge stainless steel mounting brackets (included), in-wall carriers or wall cleating. These mounting options eliminate the need for casework beneath the deck.

Code Compliance and Certifications

ANSI Standards:

Terreon® is NAHB certified to meet ANSI Z124.3, Z124.6 and ANSI/ICPA SS-1-2001.

UPC Approval:

The LD-3010 is Uniform Plumbing Code (c/UPC) approved through the International Association of Plumbing and Mechanical Officials (IAPMO) for the U.S.A. and Canada.

Standard Height Mounting

Terreon® Lav Decks mounted at standard height are designed to comply with all ADA guidelines on reaches and clearances. To comply with ADA, the rim height of the LD-3010 Lav Deck must be 34" max. above the finished floor. To be completely ADA compliant, the Terreon® Lav Deck must be equipped with ADA compliant faucets and optional Lav Deck trap cover.
